Kristie is a highly accomplished commercial real estate broker specializing in office, industrial, retail, and land sales and leases, and utilizes her strong foundation in both residential and commercial real estate to provide a high level of client-focused service. Her adept background in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales provides clients with sound council as they work to find individualized commercial real estate spaces. She joined Compass Commercial in 2019 with a proven track record as a business development professional. Throughout her career, she has successfully closed a number of commercial transactions, gaining her the Largest Sale Transaction of the Year in 2019 and in 2020 and the Largest Lease Transaction of the Year in 2020. She obtained her CCIM designation in April 2023, a prestigious designation given to experts in the commercial real estate field. Kristie cultivates relationships through consultative selling to find the perfect property for her clients. Her experience in management positions provides a perspective to oversee each transaction with excellence. Kristie became active in the community after moving to Bend in 2015.
