Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Dan Kemp, CCIM, Ron Ross, Kristie Schmitt, CCIM, and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller and the buyer, Deschutes Public Library, in the acquisition of 9.56 acres of commercial land on SE 27th Street and Wilderness Way in Bend. The Deschutes Public Library purchased the land for $10,250,000 and will develop the land for their new location.
Broker Dan Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Leonard Raymond Estate of Peverieri, in the sale of 29.92 acres located at 21831 NE Butler Market Road in Bend. The residential land sold for $1,050,000.
Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Terry O’Neil, Ron Ross, and Luke Ross represented the seller, MacGregor Properties, LLC, and the buyer, Thomas Edward Nechville, in the sale of a 5,031 SF industrial building on 0.63 acres. The industrial property located at 602 N Aylor Court in Sisters sold for $920,000.
