June 2024 Notable Commercial Transactions

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce notable commercial transactions closed by the firm in June 2024.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services principal broker Bruce Churchill represented the buyer, Kevin Spencer, in the sale of 4.60 acres of commercial land located at 265 Northeast 11th Street in Redmond. The property sold for $1,300,850.

Brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Eli Harrison with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Old Mill Retail, LLC, and the tenant, Wildwood Bend, LLC, in the lease of a 3,397 SF restaurant space in the Box Factory located at 550 SW Industrial Way.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Graham Dent, SIOR, Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Grant Schultz, CCIM represented the landlord, Shevlin Crossing, LLC, in the lease of a 2,491 SF medical office suite located at 2220 NW Labiche Lane in Bend. Lyons also represented the tenant, Shift Functional Medicine, LLC.

Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Matt Sichel represented the landlord, Regals NW, LLC, in the lease of a 3,409 SF office suite located at 10001 SE Sunnyside Road in Clackamas.

Broker Luke Ross with Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Second Wind Sports Bend, in the lease of a 4,265 SF retail suite located at 725 NW Columbia Street in Bend.
