Arthur Pozzi sold 11.52 acres of industrial land located at 20750 Brinson Blvd. in Bend to MVG Developments for an undisclosed transaction value. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas, represented the seller.
Millside, LLC sold an 11,134 square foot office building situated on 0.76-acres at 231 Scalehouse Loop in Bend to 100 Broadway, LLC for a transaction value of $1,825,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Jay Lyons, CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the seller.
Chan Joint Trust sold 9.61acres of land in Bend east of 27th Street and south of Highway 20 to Tony and Nancy Rosengarth for a transaction valued at $1,375,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas represented the seller.
A 9,235 square foot office building situated on 0.62 acres at 62930 OB Riley Road in Bend sold to Blackwell Development for a transaction value of
$1,365,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR, Jay Lyons CCIM and Darren Powderly, CCIM represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
Enhance, LLC sold a 9,396 square foot office building at 62968 OB Riley Road in Bend to Chan Joint Trust for a transaction value of $1,230,000. Compass Commercial brokers Ron Ross, CCIM and Terry O’Neil represented the seller; Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas represented the buyer.
The State of Oregon Department of Justice leased a 10,026 square foot office located at 150 NW Pacific Park Lane in Bend from Rio Claro, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Howard Friedman, CCIM and Krista Polvi, CPM® represented the lessor in negotiation of the lease.
Harrigan Price & Fronk leased an 8,573 square foot office located at 2796 Clearwater Drive from Third Division Properties, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons CCIM represented both the lessor and lessee in the negotiation of the lease.
Ring Investments, LLC sold a 5,681 square foot office building situated on 14,375 square feet of land at 850 SW 7th Street in Bend to Berj A. Martin for a transaction value of $595,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Bruce Kemp, CCIM and Dan Kemp represented the buyer.
John L. Scott leased a 5,395 square foot retail space in Old Mill Marketplace located at 555 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend from Old Mill Retail, LLC. High Desert Crossing, dba The Brown Owl leased a 1,802 square foot retail space in Old Mill Marketplace located at 555 NW Arizona Avenue in Bend from Old Mill Retail, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor. Huntamer represented the lessee.
KLNR, LLC sold a 2,636 square foot multifamily building situated on 4,356 square feet of land at 1637 NE Lotus Drive in Bend to Gordon Watt for a transaction valued at $313, 500. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the seller.
