Vanguard Pacific, LLC sold an 11,354 square foot industrial building situated on 36,590 square feet of land at 63004 18th St. in Bend to Chaney, Chaney & Peterson, LLC for a transaction value of $962,500. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil and Herb Arathoon represented the seller.
Leavitt Western Wear sold a 4,631 square foot retail building situated on 15,246 square feet of land at 100 East Cascades Avenue in Sisters to Gary and Dixie Baker for a transaction value of $790,000. Compass Commercial broker, Gardner Williams, SIOR represented the buyer.
Hammerquist Properties, LLC leased an 11,290 square foot industrial property located at 63050 Plateau Drive in Bend to Element 1 Corporation. Compass Commercial broker, Howard Friedman, CCIM represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.
LNR Partners, LLC sold a 19,968 square foot multifamily property situated on 53,579 square feet of land at 960 NW Fairmont in Prineville to Fairmont Cottages, LLC for a transaction value of $570,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent and Terry O’Neil represented the seller.
The Hasson Company Realtors renewed its lease of a 5,775 square foot office located at 233 SW Wilson Avenue in Bend from Bond-Wilson Associates, LLC. Compass Commercial broker, Krista Polvi, CPM® represented the lessor in the lease negotiation.
E.C. Family Investment, LLC sold a 3,100 square foot retail building situated on 26,572 square feet of land at 51366 Highway 97 in La Pine to Coconut Grove, LLC for a transaction value of $420,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Joel Thomas and Pat Kesgard, CCIM represented the seller.
OMP, LLC leased a 2,117 square foot office located at 400 SW Bluff Drive in Bend to Central Oregon Foot & Ankle Group, Inc. Compass Commercial brokers, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor in the lease negotiation.
Old Mill Retail, LLC leased a 2,570 square foot retail space located at 550 SW Industrial Way in Bend to Atelier 6000, Inc. Compass Commercial brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor. Erich Schultz, SIOR represented the lessee.
Gordon R & Kay Bloomquist leased a 2,280 square foot office located at 855 SW Yates Avenue in Bend to Cardinal Services, Inc. Compass Commercial broker, Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.
