CNC, LLC purchased a 2,245 SF office building located at 205 NW Franklin Avenue in Bend. The buyer was represented by Compass Commercial brokers Terry O’Neil, CCIM and Ron Ross, CCIM. The seller, Slothower Family Trust was represented by broker Gardner Williams, SIOR and Terry O’Neil,CCIM also of Compass Commercial. The transaction was valued at $715,000.
Anjulicia Foundation purchased 1.13 acres of industrial land, located at 2765 NW Lolo Drive in Bend. Howard Friedman, CCIM of Compass Commercial represented the buyer. The seller, West Bend Property Company was represented by Jay Lyons, SIOR, CCIM and Erich Schultz, SIOR of Compass Commercial. The transaction was valued at $490,360.
Ron Ross, CCIM represented Northwest Community Credit Union in the sale of an industrial property located at 51530 Russell Road, La Pine, Oregon. The property consisted of two warehouses totaling 14,400 SF on over 2 acres of land. Sales price was $480,000.
Robert Raimondi, CCIM, broker of Compass Commercial represented both NH Medicinals, buyer, and Steward & Simmons, seller, in the transaction for a 4,890 SF industrial space located at 16481 Bluewood Place in La Pine. The transaction was valued at $399,000.
Broker Graham Dent of Compass Commercial represented the seller in the sale of the 1,072 SF office building located at 5 NW Franklin Avenue in Bend. The building was purchased by Mortier Engineering who was represented by Compass Commercial broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM. The transaction was valued at $362,500.
