BEND, OR (December 17, 2015) — Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the following notable commercial real estate transactions closed by the firm in November.
JKPD, LLC sold the Portwood Building, a 3,884 square foot office building situated on 8,712 square feet of land at 127 SW Allen Rd., Bend to SGB Enterprises,
LLC, an owner/user that will occupy the building. The transaction value was $989,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Terry O’Neil and Ron Ross, CCIM represented the seller, and Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the buyer.
Wight Investments sold 1.68 acres of residential land located at 2025 and 2050 NW Black Pines Ct. in Bend to Mark Inkster and Kate Lilienthal for a transaction value of $580,000. Compass Commercial brokers, Pat Kesgard, CCIM and Joel Thomas represented both parties in the transaction.
K&K Properties leased a 9,320 square foot industrial building situated on 29,621 square feet of land located at 340 SW Columbia Street in Bend to Bend Blessed, LLC. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent and Terry O’Neil represented the lessor in the lease negotiation.
O’Neil Orthodontics renewed its lease at 745 NW Mt. Washington Drive #204 in Bend. Compass Commercial broker, Herb Arathoon represented both the lessor, MWC E. LLC & MWC G. LLC and lessee, Casey O’Neil, DDS in the negotiation.
State Farm leased two office suites totaling 1,343 at 777 NW Wall Street in Bend from The Helena Family Trust. Compass Commercial brokers, Howard Friedman, CCIM, Erich Schultz, SIOR and Jay Lyons, CCIM represented the lessor and Terry O’Neil represented the lessee in the lease negotiation.
Acadia Newport Partners, LLC leased space in the retail center located at 1052 NW Newport Avenue to The Barber House. Compass Commercial brokers, Graham Dent and Joel Thomas represented the lessor in the negotiation of the lease.
