The spring 2017 issue of Central Oregon Multifamily News has been released.
We’ve seen the commercial real estate sector continue with low vacancy rates and a continued absorption with each new quarter (sign up for Compass Points for market research). The same is happening in the multifamily market. Vacancy rates have had very little change for a while, with little available. Upcoming infill projects and Bend’s new Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) developments will spur additional multifamily investment properties added to the inventory. This will be healthy for an overly tight market.
