Jaken, LLC has sold a 4,950 sq. ft. industrial building located at 155 NE Webster Avenue in Bend to John Henry Weisner. The transaction was valued at $500,000. Erich Schultz, SIOR and Darren Powderly, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the buyer.
Cascade Village Shopping Center leased 1,740 sq. ft. of retail space located at 63455 N. Highway 97 in Bend to Number Twenty-Four, LLC (Togo’s). Stephen Toomey, CCIM and Russell Huntamer with Compass Commercial represented the lessee. Steve Neville with New & Neville Real Estate Services represented the lessor.

SA Group Properties, Inc. has sold a parcel of land located at 1801 NE Division St. in Bend to Ideal Holdings, LLC for a value of $125,000. Robert Raimondi and Bruce Kemp, CCIM with Compass Commercial represented the seller.
