Compass Commercial Real Estate Services broker Terry O’Neil, CCIM represented the buyer, Juniper Mountain Counseling, in the sale of 61690 Pettigrew Road in Bend. The 11,500 SF office building on 2.2 acres sold for $1,700,000. Juniper Mountain Counseling intends to convert the property from a church to an office building.
